Description
This is a plain white traditional Japanese sash (tasuki). The fabric features auspicious woven patterns (jimmon) of chrysanthemums and peonies, making it a lucky sash. It is used for lessons, Shinto rituals, and other occasions. It has an appropriate amount of slip to ensure comfortable tasuki handling (tasuki-sabaki) in kyudo (Japanese archery).
